All lilouu.com standard shipping rates and policies apply to all items shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium and Switzerland, including free shipping on qualifying orders. For other countries, please contact our customer service department before placing your order.
The order delivery time is divided into two parts:
● Processing time: 3 to 5 business days.
●Shipping time: 3 to 8 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Unconditional return of goods:
If you wish to return the product unconditionally within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package, you may do so if the package has not been opened and the product has not been used. You must send the complete package back and cover the shipping costs for the return of the product. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase from our official website.
Exchanges :
1. If you want to return the product for quality reasons verified by us within 30 days from the date of receiving the package, you can exchange it for a good quality product.
2. If you wish to exchange your product for a different size/color, the items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Once the exchange is initiated, you have 30 days to return your product and you are responsible for all shipping costs. Email us at support@lilouu.com to initiate the exchange process.
